Brief description and main aims Fray Masias is a project that offers services for handicapped children and adults. In this place the students will have access to a specialized education. It offers academic, cultural, artistic and medical services and workshops. |
Main Activities
Provide safe a secure environment for haddicapped people, in which, they can learn academics, artistical, and cultural subjects.

Volunteer tasks
The volunteer will help doing different tasks, however, the main dutty will be to support the teacher during class time, this includes taking care of the students, assisting during the academic and cultural lessons and carrying out some workshops.

Volunteer requirements / Skills
Spanish knowledge. Some experience working with disable adults or children. If possible some knowledge of dacing and music.

Location
The project is located in San Borja, which is a calm and quiet district in Lima, Peru.
|
Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)The volunteer will live with a host family. |
