Brief description and main aims
Mengo Youth Development Link (MYDEL) is a non-governmental organization. The main focus is at our primary school in Nansana and in the slum called Kisenyi. The project also works on poverty alleviation in Uganda through improving the quality of life of the vulnerable youth and children through practical, management, and marketable skills. |
Volunteer tasks
The volunter is expected to:
Volunteers work both at the school and slum project, 2 or 3 days on each project from Monday to Friday. |

LocationThe project is located in Nasana Hoima road, 10km from Kampala. |
Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)
The volunteer will stay with a host family.
