Brief description and main aimsNawanyago was started and is managed by Catholic nuns called Banakalori Sisters Bwanda who work to improve the health of the poor people in the community. Since the health center is located in Kamuli District Eastern Uganda, an area with an elevated number of peasants and high rates of poverty, poor health, and joblessness, the nuns aim to provide good health care in good facilities at the lowest cost possible because we realized such service was lucking in the area.
