About the Project

The Sociodeportive Schools Foundation Real Madrid, implemented by the Alalay Foundation, aims for social prevention by analyzing and addressing vulnerability situations, such as social violence, that affect children and adolescents across Bolivia. The program’s core strategy is based on strengthening competencies through football, focusing on life skills and the exercise of children’s rights.

The schools operate across five key areas of knowledge:

  • Social: Focusing on life skills and values.
  • Educational: Addressing academic and learning needs.
  • Physical-motor: Developing physical coordination and abilities.
  • Technical-tactical: Teaching football-specific skills and strategies.
  • Regulatory: Educating on rules and fair play.
