Brief description and main aims

The project's goal is to contribute to the integral development of children and adolescents in vulnerable situations (psychological and learning problems) in order to promote their personal and social growth. Most children and adolescent participating in the project have malnutrition and lack emotional support. 

Main Activities

We are divided in two areas:
 
Children Development Center (CENDI): it supports children and adolescents to complete their primary and secondary education, through a comprehensive training and support strategy (school breakfast, ethics classes, sports lessons, nutritional monitoring, psychological support, and flag ceremonies).

Family Development Center (CEDEF): it provides psychological support to children with learning disabilities and/or negative conducts. It also provides family activities to build healthier and harmonious relationships.

  • Support in daily tasks
  • Help the organization to implement workshops

Location

The project is located in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

 

Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)

The volunteer will live in the project.
