Brief description and main aims

This project focuses on providing education and support for teenage mothers and their children as well as to improve the bond between mother and child.

Volunteer tasks

The volunteer helps take care of the children and helps the staff while the moms are studying. As complementary part of the project, volunteers can organize leisure activities for young mothers.

Volunteer requirements / Skills

Volunteer should:

  • be female
  • like to work with kid
  • be patient

Location

The project is located in La Guácima, Alajuela.

Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)

The volunteer wil stay with a host family.
