About

The project’s aim is to raise awareness among vendors about the value of food rescue and the positive impact this practice has on social organisations such as community kitchens, communal pots, shelters, and other entities that serve vulnerable populations.

Through the collection of food that is still in good condition, the goal is to reduce waste and redirect these resources to those who need them most.
