About the Project

Engranajes is a Civil Association dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages, children, adolescents, youth, and adults, to shape their life projects through the transformative power of art. By fostering artistic expression in disciplines such as music, visual arts, theatre, dance, and photography, Engranajes aims to cultivate core values including solidarity, civic participation, and social responsibility within the community. A key aspect of their mission is to promote inclusion through the arts, while also actively engaging adolescents and young people by creating dialogue and participation spaces where they can discuss and understand their rights. Their primary activities include organizing artistic performances, plays, and events for families and the wider community, conducting art workshops, providing academic support in schools, and offering free meals to children in vulnerable situations.
