These school follows the Montessori pedagogy, and aims at teaching their pupils not only academically, but also educating them for life in general. The school is an inclusive schools that is independently operated, teaching children from year 1 to year 7 with study groups of mixed ages.
The project provides an apartment close to the school in which 3 international volunteers live.
Different locations
Volunteers will be assisting the teachers during language classes and prepare teaching material. They will assist during free time and supervise work groups in the afternoon.
Volunteers should be responsible, have a sense of openness and the willingness to learn. Basic German skills are appreciated. Experience in the pedagogical field of Montessori or other alternative progressive educational movements are useful.
