About
Grace Pre & Primary School is a Christian-based educational institution committed to nurturing future professionals by bridging the gap between theory and practice, as well as classroom learning and real-life application. The school provides a safe and supportive learning environment for children in pre-unit through grade 7. It offers a broad and balanced curriculum and non-curriculum activities. Besides their curriculim that includes:

they also offer:
- Life skills training i.e. communication, public speaking, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, setting dreams and personal goals.
- Extracurricular activities i.e. hobbies such as storytelling, sports, dance and singing, reading a book.
- Personal hygiene management
Location
The project is loacted in Sinza Palestina, 16102 Dar es Salaam – a middle-income neighborhood known for its vibrant mix of clothing stores, nightclubs, shopping malls, hotels, and residential houses. The area is considered safe, and it is generally secure to walk around even after dark.
Accommodation
Volunteers are accommodated with a secure and welcoming host family located approximately 2 – 7 km from the project site. The hostel provides a comfortable shared room for volunteers, three meals per day, and safe boiled drinking water, ensuring a supportive and homely living environment throughout their stay.
