About the Project

This initiative aims to raise community awareness about human trafficking, as well as to provide refuge and support to immigrants, victims of trafficking, and cancer patients and their relatives. The project offers accompaniment and assistance for foreign migration formalities.

The target groups include:

  • Individuals suffering from cancer and their families.
  • Immigrants.
  • Victims of trafficking.

Services provided include:

  • Individual Office Attention: Assisting migrants with formalities and addressing problems faced by victims of trafficking.
  • Support for Productive Units: Accompanying migrant women in their craft, painting, and gastronomy activities.
  • Youth Group Support: Assisting youth groups with paperwork for migrant students.
  • Support for Cancer Patient Families: Providing food and housing for family members or children of cancer patients.
  • Awareness Events: Organizing events to foster a welcoming environment for foreigners.

Volunteer Tasks

  • Support the realization of events sensitivity.
  • Provide psychological and material assistance to the migrants find shelter, patients and relatives of patients.
  • Support the attention office for migrants, patients and relatives.
  • Support activities in music and cultural diversity.
  • Support the project migrant women doing activities such as costume jewelry, painting and weaving.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers need to have an open mind, have initiative and dedication to help others without judgment or discrimination. They must be flexible and open mind because the project involves different populations like migrants and cancer patients. They must have patience and willingness to do work with children, youth and adults.
