Organisation

Fundación VASE (Voluntariado para la Ayuda Social del Ecuador) is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 and part of the ICYE Federation as ICYE Ecuador. We promote intercultural learning and international volunteer service, creating meaningful connections between people and communities.

We believe in solidarity, diversity and global citizenship. Through volunteering, we inspire personal growth while contributing to positive social change.

Programme

Our volunteer programs allow you to actively participate in community-based projects while discovering Ecuador from a local perspective.

Placements include:

• Social projects with children and youth
• Programs supporting people with disabilities
• Health and community wellbeing initiatives
• Environmental and sustainability projects

We offer long-term (6-12 months) and short-term (2-16 weeks) exchange programmes blending language learning, collaborative work in community, personal growth and intercultural immersion.
