About
DIF is a public institution that helps children who are at risk of living on the streets or who are already homeless. They provide them with protection, affection, and understanding and a house where they can play, eat, do their homework. Education and development strategies contribute to the recovery of their self-respect and enhance their possibilities of having a good life during adulthood. Homeless children have the opportunity to stay in the house while DIF finds them a permanent home.
Additionally, the project is taking care of disabled people. Together with the project manager, the volunteer will decide their area of work.
DIF is part of the local government. It works with the most vulnerable sectors of society. You will work with street children, children from poor families, or children without parents.
