Brief description and main aims
Founded in 2000 with aims of providing Care and Supports to people who infected and affected by HIV as well as providing preventive services to their immediate communities. Hope for HIV/AIDS International is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education, mobilization and health services to vulnerable children and people living with HIV/AIDS in the slums of Lagos.

Cultural Exposure
The administrative office is located in Palm Avenue, Lagos State. Although we have a lot of activities going on in the area, it is a safe area. The schools are located in Ilaje community Bariga, and Ijora.

Main Activities |
Volunteer tasks
Simple administration, Resource Mobilizing and fund raising.
Knowledge or experience in marketing topics.
The volunteer should enjoy working with people and foster good human relations.
We are also ready to accept volunteers who are willing to work with children or volunteers who have teaching skills and is ready to work in a community school.
Our schools are in downtown community in Lagos.
Volunteers will work as assistance to class teachers.

Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)
Host Family. The volunteer will stay with a host family and have breakfast and dinner with the family. Lunch will be provided by the family on Saturday and Sunday.

The volunteer is expected to dress modestly for school and office.
