Brief description and main aims
CCSMC has made the bold decision to engage in the food value chain business model with the products of its farmer members, specifically meat
CCMSC is a registered cooperative school with the CDA, and also offers financial services such as savings and credit. It also manages a swine farm and meat processing facilities (Koop Meat Factory), as well as a restobar.
The restobar is located in Lapu-lapu City and is operated daily at their own building and lot. CCMSC also has partnership in a fast ferry in Cordova Getafe Bohol route and a Roll-in-Roll-off (RO-RO) service as well.

The coastal municipality of Cordova, Cebu, an area known for its vibrant fishing industry, tourism, and small businesses. The cooperative serves as a vital support system for the local community by providing financial services, livelihood programs, and opportunities for sustainable development. With a focus on empowering its members—many of whom come from low-income families—CCMSC offers savings, loans, and other cooperative-based initiatives aimed at improving the economic stability of individuals and families. The cooperative also actively participates in community outreach, organizing training programs, and fostering values of social responsibility and collaboration. Through its inclusive approach, CCMSC plays a crucial role in promoting economic growth and enhancing the quality of life in Cordova, while reinforcing the importance of solidarity, cooperation, and faith-based principles within the community.

Main Activities
CCSMC is embracing an innovative food value chain business model, focusing on the production and processing of meat products sourced from its farmer members. The cooperative aims to add value to locally produced meat, ensuring quality and sustainability for both producers and consumers.

Volunteer tasks
Support teachers with lesson prep and classroom management
Assist extra-curricular activities and or school-wide sports events
Share cultural traditions, languages and arts and crafts forms.
Assist capacity building programs and/or school activities
Teach English or foreign language subjects to students or teach
music, sports, arts, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with

Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple
tasks efficiently.
