Brief description and main aims
Pestales aims to provide sustainable livelihoods and establish a social agrienterprise for community stability and growth. It implements projects like an ATI learning site, a TESDA-accredited farm school for Organic Agriculture, the Braveheart Farm organic hub, and agri-processing initiatives, while also supporting small organic farmers and fisherfolk associations in the province.

Cultural Exposure
Pestales Agriculture Cooperative is one of shared responsibility,
collaboration, and empowerment. By working together, farmers can
address challenges more effectively, build stronger local economies, and
create a supportive, sustainable environment for future generations.

Volunteer tasks
Assist with organic fertilizer production, livestock development
farming, harvesting, market sales, mushroom production, Assist development of advocacy materials and social media presence
Support hospitality services with the farm guests and visitors.

Volunteer requirements / Skills
Flexible, open-minded, and able to deal with local life situations.
Strong interests in farming and agriculture,
Willing to learn and be taught and ready to accept varied tasks.
Innovative, competent, team player, and with Sense of Community.
