Brief description and main aims

Tainan Municipal BaiHe Junior High School was founed in August 1961

The age of our students: 13-15 years old. We have 13 classes, and about 25 students in each class.

276 in total. Volleyball and table tennis are the characteristics of BHJH. 

The aim of the project is to allow the students to become enriched, while becoming self-disciplined, areing, skilled and well-balanced young people. 

Students are not only being taught professional knowledge, but also international perspectives, based on the concept of well-rounded education. 

Volunteer tasks

• To interact with students in teachers' classes and share cultural differences with students
• To assist BHJH to hold activites to know more about the world
• To introduce the volunteer's country and the culture

Volunteer requirements / Skills

• Being enthusiastic, passionate, and outgoing
• English listening, speaking, reading and writing aboility is a must

Location

Tainan Municipal BaiHe Junior High School is situated in BaiHe District, Tainan City. In the southern part of Taiwan. 

Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)

Will stay with a host family.
