Brief description and main aims

Ain is to provide quality basic education at a subsidized rate for an average family.

The project is a school which runs every working day from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

The target is children in the community and neighboring ones. 

The school has 180 pupils and 17 teachers or non-teaching staff. 

Main Activities

Volunteers would be expected to assist in teaching according to a fixed schedule which will be drawn in the academic term.

Volunteer tasks

Assist the Class Teachers to:

Plan lessons for the week

Give classwork and assignment

Mark every work

Assess &Monitor progress of pupils 

Volunteer requirements / Skills

The language is English

18 or above 

Be good at: team work, good interpersonal relationship, communication, leadership, tolerant, sociable, time management, ability to plan

The volunteer should not smoke, drink alcohol or be involved in drugs

Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)

Volunteers will be hosted in the school.
