Fundación “Sembrar Esperanza” is a non-governmental organization founded in 2002 by Toni Stebler, who has supported the community of Pomasqui since 1992. He was convinced that not only economical help is important, but also to help shift people’s understanding and mentalities, in order to help create lasting change.
