The volunteers are asked to do physical work and be willing to be trained to use some farm machinery. The work will involve occasional extra hours and some weekend work. The weather may vary from stunningly beautiful to inclement.

Orama has an overtly Christian heritage and focus that the volunteers should be willing to respect.
