Ribe Handelsskole is a high school with specific classes on economy and trade. They also offer a wide variety of language classes. Ribe Handelsskole wants to invite a volunteer to their school, because they wish to give the students a good opportunity to learn a language – and what is better than to learn a language from a native speaker?

The volunteer’s main activity will be assisting in language classes. The volunteer will, together with the respective teacher, arrange and teach a language in Ribe Handelsskole.

Being an assistant teacher will be the main task for the volunteer. Besides teaching in a language class, the volunteer might also help out with other projects at the school, depending on the competences and skills of the volunteer.

• Has good English skills.
• Is a native speaker in either French, Spanish, German, Chinese or Japanese.
• Can work independently.
• Enjoys teaching.
• Can take the lead among students of 16-19 years of age.

Enjoys living in an rural area or small town.

The volunteer will live at the project or with a host family that will provide lodge and board.
