"Lastochki" - ICYE Russian Federation was founded in 1997 as a feminist organisation. Since the end of 1998 it increased the sphere of its activities and started to deal with the problems of young people in Samara, giving juridical consultations, psychological assistance, support in job placement. In November 2001 "Lastochki" was accepted as an associate member of ICYE Federation. |
