Nepal Volunteer and Cultural Youth Exchange (formerly part of RCDP-Nepal)
was established as a non-profit cultural youth exchange in 2004 with His
Majesty Government of Nepal/Social Welfare Council of Nepal, to continue
running an effective youth exchange program with ICYE international member
countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.

NCYE-Nepal sends young Nepali volunteers abroad on the one-year exchange
program and offers short and long-term exchange programs to international
volunteers in Nepal. The mainstay of the programme is voluntary service in
urban and rural project located in the different parts of Nepal.
Presently, NVCYE Program has been working on four major areas namely:
English teaching, environmental protection, health care and assistance to
orphans. The duration of volunteer program ranges from 2 weeks to 10
months with an age limit between 17 to 35 years of age. Further, on
completion of or as as a break during the volunteering period, for
interested participants NVCYE Program offers Mini Adventure and Leisure
Escapes.
