ADVIT is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, started by and for young people, to involve Moldovan young people, with and without professional experience, in volunteering programs at national and international levels in the fields of education, culture, ecology, historical heritage protection and helping disadvantaged people, and thus contribute to the development of a more peaceful and just society. ADVIT started cooperating with ICYE in 2003 and became a National Committee Member in 2007.
ADVIT's main lines of action are:
- to coordinate volunteer/exchange projects and youth exchanges within the framework of EU Youth in Action Programme and ICYE regular programme;
- to organize international youth work camps in Moldova; and
- to develop non-formal education activities through seminars, training, study visits, and workshops.
