The visibility campaign of Jeunesse et Reconstruction – ICYE France seeks to increase the numbers of young people it recruits in France for the long-term ICYE programme. For this, ICYE France is working on making their approach to young volunteers and partners more appealing. It will focus on enhancing communication by making messages tailored to each stakeholder based on particular needs and interests. ICYE France will also work on increasing direct face-to-face communication through meetings with partners, as well as organising informative and educational events open to the public.
To give their social media and website a fresh touch, ICYE France will recruit a graphic designer, which will make the online experience more fun and clear to visitors.
ICYE France will organise an internal training session for its staff in order to provide a comprehensive understanding of the ICYE programme within the organisation and thereby to make communication with stakeholders more productive and fruitful.
